Delivery – TURBOMOCNI Online Store

1. Shipping Methods

The TURBOMOCNI store offers several convenient delivery options within Poland and abroad.

1.1. Deliveries within Poland

📦 InPost Kurier – fast courier delivery to the specified address.
📦 InPost Paczkomaty 24/7 – convenient collection option at a selected parcel locker.
📦 DPD Courier – express delivery within Poland.

1.2. International shipments

🌍 DHL International – fast and safe international delivery. The cost and delivery time depend on the destination country and are calculated individually when placing the order.


2. Order processing time

Standard order processing time is up to 48 business hours (from receipt of payment or selection of the "cash on delivery" option).
Some orders may require a longer processing time – in such cases the Customer is always informed of the delay by e-mail or telephone.
Delivery time depends on the selected courier company:

  • InPost Courier – 1-2 business days,
  • InPost Parcel Lockers – 1-2 business days,
  • DPD Courier – 1-2 business days,
  • DHL International – depending on destination country (usually 3-7 business days).

Please note! Delivery times may be longer due to holiday periods, heavy courier workloads or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping costs

💰 Shipping costs are visible in the order basket and depend on the chosen shipping method and the weight of the package.
💰 For international orders, shipping costs are determined individually and are visible before finalizing your purchase.
💰 Courier shipping within Poland is usually:

  • InPost Courier – from PLN 18,
  • InPost Parcel Lockers – from PLN 14,
  • DPD Courier – from PLN 25,
  • DHL International – calculated based on destination country.

📦 Free shipping – for orders over a certain amount (if the store offers such a promotion).


4. Tracking of shipments

Each shipment receives a tracking number , which is sent to the Customer by e-mail after the package has been sent. It can be used to check the status of the order on the website of the selected courier company.

5. Additional information

Personal collection – available in stationary stores.
Change of delivery address - possible before the order is shipped. In such a case, please contact the Store as soon as possible.
Parcels damaged during transport – if the parcel arrives damaged, the Customer should write a damage report in the presence of the courier and report the matter to the Store.
