TURBOMOCNI ONLINE STORE REGULATIONS

1. General provisions

1.1. These regulations define the rules of using the TURBOMOCNI online store, available at: www.turbomocni.pl (hereinafter: "Store").
1.2. The owner and administrator of the Store is TURBOMOCNI SP. Z OO , with its registered office at Słoneczny Stok 2, 83-330 Pępowo , NIP: 5892097401 , REGON: 540461384 , e-mail: kontakt@turbomocni.pl (hereinafter: "Seller").
1.3. The store sells car parts and automotive accessories.
1.4. The Regulations are addressed to the Customers of the Store and define the rules for placing orders, delivery, payment, complaints and withdrawal from the contract.

2. Definitions

Customer – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit making a purchase in the Store.
Consumer – a customer who is a natural person making a purchase not directly related to business or professional activity.
Seller – TURBOMOCNI SP. Z OO
Product – car parts and accessories offered in the Store.
Order – a declaration of intent of the Customer aimed at concluding a sales contract for Products from the Store.

3. Placing orders

3.1. Orders can be placed 24/7 via the website www.turbomocni.pl .
3.2. In order to place an order, the Customer must:

Select a Product and add it to your cart,
Complete the order form with your delivery details,
Choose payment and delivery method,
Confirm your order and make payment (if you pay online).
3.3. The order is accepted for execution after receiving payment confirmation or selecting the "cash on delivery" option.

4. Prices and payment methods

4.1. All prices in the Store are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
4.2. The Customer can make payment in the following ways:

Bank transfer ,
Online payment (PayU, Przelewy24, Stripe) ,
Payment on delivery (cash on delivery) .

5. Delivery and order processing time

5.1. The Store delivers within Poland via courier companies (e.g. InPost, DPD, DHL).
5.2. Delivery time is usually 1-5 business days from receipt of payment.
5.3. Shipping costs are listed in the order basket and depend on the selected shipping method.

6. Withdrawal from the contract (returns)

6.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the Product within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
6.2. To make a return, the Customer should send a declaration of withdrawal from the contract to the e-mail address: kontakt@turbomocni.pl .
6.3. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned Product, to the same account from which the payment was made.
6.4. Only unused products and in their original packaging are eligible for return.

7. Complaints and warranty

7.1. The Customer has the right to make a complaint about the purchased Product in the event of its defects or non-conformity with the contract.
7.2. Complaints should be reported to the e-mail address kontakt@turbomocni.pl , specifying:

Order number,
Description of the Product defect,
Photos of the defect (if possible).
7.3. The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 days of its submission.
7.4. Some Products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty – in such a case, the complaint should be directed directly to the manufacturer.

8. Protection of personal data

8.1. The administrator of the personal data of the Customers is TURBOMOCNI SP. Z OO .
8.2. Personal data are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy , available on the Store's website.
8.3. The Customer has the right to view, edit and delete his/her personal data.

9. User account

9.1. The Customer may create an account in the Store, which allows tracking orders and faster shopping.
9.2. The Account may be deleted at the request of the Customer, notified via e-mail.

10. Final provisions

10.1. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act .
10.2. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations – Customers will be informed about this by e-mail.
10.3. The Regulations are effective from the date of their publication on the website www.turbomocni.pl .
